This is Katy,
She is the person behind Leo & Bib.
Katy commissioned me to do a commercial shoot for her because she has two magazines who currently want to run features on her and her work.
Her cards and collages are really lovely, so creative, the detail that goes into them is amazing, and I have a little stash of postcards that I send out to friends for birthdays and other occasions.
She describes herself as freelance paper artist from Somerset, using a combination of paper cutting, illustration and collage. She likes to use old books, vintage paper and old magazines and newspapers to create her designs.

Dorothy House turned 40 in September last year. (https://www.dorothyhouse.org.uk)
To celebrate this event they had a thanksgiving service in Bath Abbey and I was asked to photograph this thanksgiving service.
A lady called Pru Dufour started the Hospice in 1976, and the service gave thanks to her as well as allowing the opportunity to reflect on the work of the Hospice, the patients, their families and carers that have been touched by the hospice’s care over the last 40 years.

For a couple of years I’ve done a bit of commercial work with a company called Forward Vision Solutions http://www.forwardvisionsolutions.co.uk/ headed up by a really nice chap called Alec Titler.
Forward Vision Solutions fit audio visual (AV) equipment into all sizes of offices, sometimes very large and other times quite small locations.
I’ve photographed their installations at lots of locations and they use the images for their website http://www.forwardvisionsolutions.co.uk and for their brochures and case studies as examples of what they can do for new potential clients.

David Brayne is an painter, he’s a really good painter, and he lives in my village.
I’ve photographed his paintings a number of times for catalogues and display purposes but i thought it would be nice to take some portraits of him as well because he’s a really interesting man. (more…)
