Last week I was asked to shoot a Big Issue vendor in Wells, Somerset.
The Big Issue magazine feature a vendor/seller every week and it was very nice to be asked to shoot one for them.
You can see more vendors here – http://www.bigissue.com/our-vendors/my-pitch
It was a little bit of work trying to track this chap down, but I eventually found him and he was more than happy for me to take a few photographs of him. Stephen is a really nice man, and if you see him down Market Street in Wells then please do say hello.
I’m sure he’d love a cup of tea too.

I really love lanes, and rural roads and dry stone walls and even fields with cows in mooing at you.
It must be the 17 years I spent in London, all that concrete.
There is something about a lane that frames a photograph, it can really turn a picture into a photograph (if you know what i mean) something worthy of hanging on your wall.
Here are some photographs of lovely lanes and walls and cows down Axbridge way, oh and there is a really lovely family in there too.

This little family live in Frome and I went to visit them in April.
They were (and still are) really lovely, and we all enjoyed our photo shoot, even when a little bit of April showers showed itself.
We did a real mixture of indoors (when the rain was heavy) with a quick nip outside as soon as the weather cleared up for five minutes.
I actually really love the ones on the sofa, they came out really cute.
